Project Management Services:
With our extensive manufacturing capabilities and our in house design and engineering team, MEI is uniquely positioned to perform a wide variety of project management services. We assign a dedicated project manager (PM) to each project, each PM acting as the interface between design, engineering, manufacturing and integration. In addition, you will be intimately involved in each step of the process; your input being what drives the direction and outcome of the project.

You will find our PMs to be knowledgeable, responsive and eager for your feedback and input during each step of the process. Each PM has functional design and manufacturing experience and can provide helpful guidance based upon this practical experience.
