Built custom for your semiconductor etch, wet processing, wet etching, wafer processing needs, MEI’s wet benches range from fully automatic batch immersion systems to semi automatic acid and solvent wet stations to manual chemical wet benches and  parts cleaning benches.  MEI wet processing equipment is  controlled by our IDX Automation software, (GEMS software/GEMS-SECS based) which is standard on all new wafer processing equipment and is also available for purchase on a stand alone basis for use in used wet bench and rinse dryer retrofits and upgrades.
