Albany, OR. December 8, 2006 – MEI LLC has received a purchase order for five new wet process tools. The order calls for five of the Advancer side mount automation configuration. Each system is configured with one process and one rinse tank. Additional customized features were included to meet this customer’s difficult space requirements

Dan Cappello, CEO of MEI said “Our Advancer line provides one of, if not the smallest footprints in the industry for a two tank system. This incredibly compact design allows MEI to provide the process capacity required within the very challenging space limitations of Tier 3 and 4 customers.”

MEI produces all parts including automation components and fabricated plastic on site in order to meet difficult customer needs. In addition, MEI is able to completely produce custom robotics and shell designs in house.
