Albany, Ore. May 5, 2006 - MEI has named Bill McGinty as its new manufacturing manager. McGinty will be responsible for supervision and training of 50 employees both on and off-site, as well as manufacturing and facilities operations, safety program implementation and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

McGinty brings to MEI nearly 20 years of experience in manufacturing, quality control, process engineering, facilities, and preventive maintenance. Before joining MEI, he worked as facilities manager and manufacturing group manager at Tyco Electronics Printed Circuit Group in Dallas, Ore.
