MEI began in business as a metal fabrication shop in 1990.  MEI is justifiably proud of our capabilities in custom metal fabrication. We provide a wide range of services including cutting, grinding, punching, slotting, bending, shearing and welding (MIG and TIG). In addition, we are capable of outsourcing any of your electro-polishing and anodizing needs through our network of subcontractors. As with all of our other functional areas, all of our in-house fabrication work comes with a full 1-year warranty.

MEI has become a leader in the fabrication of Machine Tool Pedestals and Seismic anchorage and can handle jobs ranging in scope from small custom parts to large production runs of fabricated weldments. Our Forming, Punching, Slotting, Bending, Machining capabilities are complemented by our in-house Powder Coating division and our extensive local vendor list for finishes including electro-polishing, anodizing, and all types of plating. We have full design or build to print capabilities, so whatever your requirement, we make it to specification with the highest quality and service.
